ServiceNow ITSM Developer Contract Hyderabad/Delhi Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications based on business requirements. Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Catalog Workflows/Flow Designer. Configure and support core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and ACLs. Develop custom applications, forms, tables, and workflows using ServiceNow best practices. Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies. Develop reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and KPIs for operational visibility. Implement automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. Perform platform upgrades, patch validation, and instance maintenance activities. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and ServiceNow development standards. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. .
