Data Analyst

Conduct data research by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets. Develop and test data models to create meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Identify patterns and trends in data to help leaders make informed decisions. Ability to comfortably work with Leaders, both business and technology. Support prioritization activities - comfortable with the constructive challenge. Prepare data visualizations, presentations, and reports that are clear, concise, and actionable. Collaborate with Leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data research and analytics. Qualifications: MBA High level of proficiency with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Pleasing personality. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
