About the role
As an integral member of Audit MIS & Analytics Team, the MIS Analyst will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of critical data / reports and other tools. Report automations (as applicable) to ease day-to-day functionality To maintain a Centralized Database of all critical data / reports, for access to the core Team Members as and when required Validation of reports by coordination with internal team members Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time Open to travel to any Warehouse location as and when required Working in shifts as per need of the hour Experience Required 1 to 3 years of MIS and Data Management experience Hands-on experience in SQL, MS Access, MS Office, Advance Excel (Macros, VBA), Tableau, PowerPoint Proficiency in Network Level MIS Reports and making requisite Presentations Knowledge of Warehouse Processes for better hands-on reconciliations and Root Cause Analysis Experience in one or more of these domains will be an added advantage Supply Chain Management/Operations/Retail Management/KPIs Management will be an added advantage Education & Skills Any Bachelors Degree, CA Interns / MBA Trainees (preferred) An analytic mind with strong mathematical and statistical skills Good interpersonal skills, proper English communication (verbal as well as written), and expertise in PowerPoint presentations
