About the role
Planning, coordination and construction of all Piping Works within specified engineering drawings, technical specifications, work scope , construction codes, scheduled timeline and project parameters and budget
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred.
Experiences: Minimum experience: 7-12 years in large scale piping project .
Various kind of piping job planning, execution & coordination in large scale industrial projects
Sound technical skills and good planner
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors
Timely coordinate with engineering division for various types of drawing required for job execution
Coordinate with stores & warehouse to ensure material availability of materials
Coordinate with quality department for testing / quality check of completed piping execution jobs.
Ensure pre fabrication activities going as per time
Monitor ongoing fabrication work as per quality & timeline with ensuring proper safety being taken care while piping job fabrication
Monitor piping erection jobs to ensure that job is executed as per the drawing
Coordinate with quality department for testing / quality check of completed piping execution jobs.
Testing of piping jobs as per standard & parameters before commissioning.
Coordinate commissioning activities on successful testing
Process work order requisition
Cross check & certify bills of contractors for assigned jobs for further process.
Maintain MIS for Management reporting.
