Lead - Solutions Architect

Role Overview: As a Lead Solution Architect at ABCTSL, you will collaborate with LoBs, product managers, and developers to design solutions for customers looking to transition to cloud platforms, both Public and Private. Your main responsibility will be to create awareness about hybrid and multi-cloud solutions, assisting clients in redesigning their applications for cloud migration. You will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and proposing new services for private cloud, all while prioritizing multi-cloud security. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate existing and new technologies hands-on, working closely with other teams and demonstrating humility by mentoring staff as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design, modify, and test technical architecture - Provide supervision and guidance to development teams - Stay updated on current and emerging technologies, suggesting changes where necessary - Inform stakeholders about any technical issues with current solutions - Assess the business impact of technical decisions - Update stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets - Establish Solutioning board and governance protocols - Develop a playbook for setting baseline requirements in each proposed solution - Understand business functions and requirements for pre-sale proposals - Determine the best-fit solution and assess its suitability within business parameters - Create alternative solution models and cost structures - Prepare and submit proposals to stakeholders - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote team collaboration - Evaluate and recruit candidates for the team - Conduct offsite team sessions - Ensure a fair approach to performance appraisals Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) - Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructures - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in solution architecture and cloud platforms - Proficiency in evaluating and implementing new technologies - Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud solutions - Experience in mentoring and developing team members - Ability to assess business impact and propose effective solutions (Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.)
