Solution Architect

As a high-impact solution architect at Aditya Birla Group, your role is to build and scale enterprise observability, performance management, and automation capabilities across a large hybrid infrastructure. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing observability platforms such as APM, monitoring, logging, and tracing. - Identifying bottlenecks, driving performance optimization, and reducing incidents. - Architecting and deploying infra-app solutions aligned to business needs. - Ensuring end-to-end project delivery with a focus on automation, scalability, and capacity improvements. - Ensuring ITIL / ISO compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to security standards. - Managing stakeholders, vendors, and service performance effectively. To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong experience with APM / Observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc. - Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments. - Experience in solution architecture, infrastructure automation, and performance engineering. - Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you: - Think in terms of scalability, reliability, and performance. - Have experience in building or managing enterprise observability platforms. - Can take ownership of architecture, execution, and delivery. - Thrive in complex, large-scale infrastructure environments.
