Dynamics 365 Consultant

Core Responsibilities: • Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations. • Participate in planning and design sessions with customers • Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the Dynamics 365 / PowerApps / Power Automate and Power BI • Accelerate product delivery using the DevOps automation • Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application • Perform D365 application testing of configurations, migrations and customizations • Maintain Dynamics D365 system including monitoring end user usage, performing application administration tasks, and managing application development, patching, and upgrade projects. Key Deliverables: • Conducts analysis of client business processes and define functional requirements • Map business requirements to D365 solution's capabilities and toolsets • Complete deliverables within the estimated time. • End user & management training with schedule and deployment plan • Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues and concerns both internally and externally to proactively ensure customer satisfaction.
