Under minimal supervision, the Functional Analyst Senior provides business value by evaluating and implementing functionality through process engineering, education and configuration of enterprise applications and technologies. Specifically, this means experience with procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes (sourcing, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, inventory management functions). What I really need are people that are go-getters, who are proactive and can really lead initiatives without a ton of direct supervision. I also need people who are willing to think outside the box to come up with the best solutions for our stakeholders and are not restricted to simply just what standard SAP does. Let's set the expectation with candidates that DT has a decent amount of customization, so coming in and understanding the business processes and the systems/applications that support those processes at DT is critical.
