Ensure benchmarking of the competitor product for new design and for design improvements Create roadmap for eWP product technology to ensure the right product is at the right time. Initiation: Initiate development activities based on – Need to make a prototype Based on an RFQ/I Based on roadmap Development activities Assign the development work and plan the development work with the team Ensure completion of DFMEA during the design & development process Provide design input to CFT team at RFQ and pre RFQ stage to get right costing. Creation & Validation Generate innovative ideas for Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) in Charger product design IP creation (Patent) in eWP product category Facilitate the complete validation process of eWP at part level and vehicle level Develop the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the product Establish design guidelines and standards for consistent and high-quality product development. Team Building Build team for eWP product category for pump design and BLDC motor design Mentor the team to ensure completion of design & development deliverables (without any IP infringement)
