Job Purpose:
Ensure Advik group compliance with OHSE guidelines, advising on hazard reduction and maintaining a safe working environment. Vigilance in identifying violations to ensure strict adherence to OHSE regulations for Advik group, focusing on preventive measures and being detail-oriented during emergencies. Incumbent to provide advice on safety measures, conduct risk assessments, and enforce preventative measures and promote a safe workplace, provide training, and investigate incidents to improve overall safety at all Advik group plants.
Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
EOHS Implementation and Sustainment at Advik Group
· Implementing and enforcing EOHS rules and regulations at all Advik group locations
· Sustaining zero major accidents and legal noncompliance
· Tracking and implementing legal compliance related to Safety, Health & Environment
· Conducting monthly information system and meetings for EOHS at Advik group level
· Implementing and sustaining new rules for DISH/PCB/Factories/Fire safety
- Compliance with ISO Standards at Advik Group
· Adhering to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
· Implementing applicable ISO standards and adopting best EOHS practices
Safety and Health Compliance
· Promote and improve safety culture within the organization
· Conducting safety meetings, audits, and inspections for compliance and performance evaluation
· Identifying corrective actions and implementing follow-up assessments
· Planning, implementing, and conducting training programs for preventative care, safety, and compliance
· Providing guidance on health and safety to project management team
· Planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive programs at project sites
· Ensuring compliance with industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Emergency Action Plan and Incident Management
· Developing an Emergency Action Plan
· Serving as primary contact for injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management
Project Cost and Schedule Management
· Developing and maintaining project cost/change controls and budget
· Coordinating and monitoring schedule updates, invoices, and submittals
Reporting and Communication
· Reporting project status to business and market leaders
· Participating in team meetings and providing regular on-site project presence
· Offering technical support to project managers

PCB, KGWA,ISO certification bodies, Fire Department, Consultant etc.
Qualification Required:
Educational
Certifications
BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile.
Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Or State Authorized Post Graduate Diploma in Safety
First Aider & CPR
Fire Fighting
Internal or Lead Auditor ISO 14001/ISO45001
Experience Required:

As Safety officer preferable in Automotive background industry
