The role of an architectural designer involves translating the client's requirements and vision into visual representations, typically through the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software. Skills Masters degree in Architecture or related field. Experience with advanced architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED accreditation. Experience in project management and coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM). Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 5+ years of experience in architecture or related field Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, and accessibility requirements Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Passion for design excellence and creativity Responsibilities & Duties Developing and managing the design of projects from conceptual design to construction documents Collaborating with project team members to ensure the project vision is realized Producing technical drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details Communicating design concepts and presentations to clients and stakeholders Staying up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
