Junior Draughtsmen typically assist with basic drafting tasks, while senior and chief draughtsmen oversee complex projects, ensure quality standards, and may lead drafting teams. Skills Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and other drafting tools Knowledge of 2D & 3D modeling Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong coordination and communication skills Time management and ability to meet deadlines Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and calculations Develop layouts, plans, elevations, and sections as per project needs Revise drawings based on feedback and site requirements Maintain drawing records and documentation Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and quality guidelines Assist in project planning with accurate technical drawings
