Primary Skills: Enterprise Technical Support Engineer DNS (advanced), DHCP (advanced), IPAM (advanced), TCP/IP networking (advanced), Linux/Unix administration (intermediate) Contract Type: Contract Duration: 12+ Months Location: Trivandrum. Job Summary: This role requires an experienced engineer to provide high-level technical support for enterprise customers facing complex DDI and networking challenges. The successful candidate will troubleshoot, resolve, and document intricate issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Leveraging AI-powered tools will be crucial in accelerating diagnostics and knowledge creation for this global support position. Key Responsibilities: Resolve critical customer technical issues end-to-end. Troubleshoot DDI and network configuration problems. Analyze logs, packet captures, and configurations for root cause. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Utilize AI tools for accelerated troubleshooting and insight generation. Must-Have Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently. Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and core networking concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations. Experience in network operations or enterprise infrastructure support is preferred, with a strong background in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and TCP/IP networking environments.
