Primary Skills: TCP/IP Fundamentals (advanced), DNS troubleshooting (intermediate), DHCP troubleshooting (intermediate), Cloud Infrastructure knowledge (beginner), Problem-solving (advanced) Employment Type: Permanent Location: Trivandrum Job Summary: This role involves providing expert remote technical support to SaaS customers, resolving complex networking and security issues. You will act as a key point of contact, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer inquiries to ensure a seamless experience with our cloud-first solutions. Collaboration with internal engineering teams will be crucial for driving product improvements and delivering timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver remote technical assistance for SaaS clients and partners. Investigate and resolve customer technical challenges. Document technical findings and solutions. Work with engineering to enhance product features and fix bugs. Troubleshoot and configure relevant software for testing. Must-Have Skills: Minimum 1 year in a Technical Assistance Center role. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in Networking and Cybersecurity solutions is preferred for this role.
