We're Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & RBP Consultant Experience: 47 Years Location: Any Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Consultant with 47 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in configuring and managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP), implementing Employee Central solutions, and supporting global HR transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Configure, maintain, and optimize Employee Central and RBP settings, workflows, and security permissions. Gather business requirements and collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to design effective solutions. Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve incidents related to Employee Central and RBP. Support global implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades. Develop and maintain Story Reports, Table Reports, and Canvas Reports to support business reporting requirements. Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for system enhancements and releases. Create user documentation and deliver end-user training on Employee Central functionality. Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and best practices. Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and emerging HR technology trends. Required Skills & Experience 47 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is mandatory. Experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Strong expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) configuration and security. Experience with Story Reports, Table Reports, and Canvas Reports. Knowledge of Provisioning, IAS/IPS, and HR business processes. Experience working with international clients and global implementations. Agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Good to Have Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time & Attendance. Experience with Employee Central Payroll. Knowledge of Data Loader, Org Manager, and Document Composer. Familiarity with Homepage and UI configuration.
