About the role Join USI Talent Acquisition to support and enhance Oracle RMCS by configuring, diagnosing, and resolving system issues, ensuring seamless integration with eBS. Key responsibilities Configure and customize Oracle RMCS to meet business requirements.Diagnose technical and functional issues within RMCS to ensure system stability.Resolve defects and system errors through effective problem-solving techniques.Collaborate with teams to maintain the integration between eBS and RMCS across various use cases. Required skills and experience 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle RMCS.Strong understanding of RMCS configuration and issue diagnosis.Experience in troubleshooting and fixing defects in RMCS environments.Ability to independently analyze and resolve configuration and coding issues within RMCS.Understanding of the integration and relationship between Oracle eBS and RMCS modules. Nice to have Techno-functional experience combining technical knowledge with business process understanding.Prior exposure to both configuration and coding aspects of Oracle RMCS.
