Role: IT Service Desk Associate/Analyst (Only Fresher ) Process: International Technical Voice Support Experience: Only Fresher Work Location: Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore Working Mode: Work from Office Working Days: 5 days a week Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Two way Cab for night shift will be provided) Joining: Immediate joiners Eligibility (Mandatory) B.Tech CSE (All Branches), IT, ECE BCA MCA B.Sc. (IT) Candidates must have a Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll: Provide technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Deliver exceptional customer service Document and track support requests efficiently Work with a global team supporting users across different time zones.
