(IT) Candidates must have a Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll: Provide technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Deliver exceptional customer service Document and track support requests efficiently Work with a global team supporting users across different time zones.
