Job Details Position: IT Analyst / IT Service Desk Analyst (L1 Support) Experience: Freshers Location: Trivandrum / Thiruvananthapuram Work Mode: 100% Work from Office Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working) Salary: Up to 18,500 per month Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days About the Role: Job Summary We are hiring Fresh Graduates who are looking to start their careers in IT Infrastructure, Technical Support, and Service Desk Operations . This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise IT support projects with structured training and career growth. Key Responsibilities Provide Level-1 technical support through Phone, Email, and Chat. Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, Outlook, hardware, software, and basic network-related issues. Log, track, and update incidents using the ticketing system. Resolve user issues within defined service levels (SLAs). Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher support teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution. Eligibility Criteria Graduation Year: 2024, 2025, or 2026 (2026 candidates must have a Provisional Certificate) Minimum 60% marks or 6.7 CGPA throughout academics. No active backlogs. Diploma candidates are not eligible. Eligible Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech (Any Branch) B.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) BCA MCA Required Skills Excellent English communication skills. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Networking, and Computer Hardware. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. Ready to relocate to Trivandrum.
