Senior Technical Lead Embedded Cybersecurity

Duties : System thinking & automotive/embedded/IoT Security Risk Assessments Threat modeling at the vehicle level component level and also the ECU level Influencing the architecture design of new features (embedded cloud and mobile) to ensure that our security needs can be met Performing penetration testing on new products to find vulnerabilities Drive embedded cybersecurity requirements into new product programs Drive process improvements Ideate and deploy innovative solutions in implementing the security in automotive embedded Software development Embedded/Automotive cryptography software development Identifying and implementing cryptographic security controls in embedded hardware Developing tools and frameworks that make it easy for teams to adopt security Performing penetration testing on new products to find vulnerabilities Technical Leadership Providing technical leadership to teams to help them grow their security capability Identify the new opportunities to grow team's portfolio and contribution to organization to create significant impact Proficient in articulation of work impact value creation and communicating to higher leadership Excellent presentation skills Ability to engage and work with diverse work force and create value through collaboration and utilizing each other's strength Required Skills/Experience 8+ years of experience with embedded/automotive/IoT systems and software engineering 5+ years of experience with leading and creating a vision for a team and communication with leadership 5+ years of experience in development of embedded applications in C or C++ 5+ years of experience with Agile practices Experience with Embedded network communications for ex CAN Ethernet etc Linux distributions Experience with applying cryptographic concepts like HSM code secure boot secure programming secure communication in the embedded space Experience interpreting and applying standards (eg ISO 21434) and specifications in the embedded software space Desired Skills/Experience Experience in the development of embedded systems for Automotive vehicles Experience with embedded Linux and other Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) Experience in the application of cryptographic security controls for embedded systems Experience in the development of IoT devices Experience performing penetration testing of embedded systems PKI experience Experience in a DevOps role Developed AWS-native applications Understanding of FTP TLS UDP PCI/IP Education Details Bachelor's degree Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Electronics and Telecommunications Cyber Security / Security Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience Advanced degree is a plus
