About the role
Role: Azure Cloud Operations Engineer Skill- Azure + SAAS+ PAAS+Terraform Top Skills: Azure cloud services Identity & Access Management (IAM) Patching Troubleshooting , Scripting knowledge IAAS and PAAS Excellent Communication Skills. Cloud exp-Azure Mandate, Secondary -GCP or AWS We are looking for dynamic Azure cloud-skilled professionals to join our Cloud Operations team. If you have hands-on expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS, VM management, networking, storage, backup, and identity access, etc and are eager to drive automation and operational excellence, wed love to connect! Primary Skills Strong proficiency in Azure IaaS and PaaS services Hands-on experience with VMs, App Services (ASPs), Azure Storage, Backup, and Networking Knowledge of Container Registry and Windows Azure Enterprise Service Bus Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Azure Site Recovery, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Practical experience in Application Gateway configuration and troubleshooting Administration and troubleshooting of Azure Windows/Linux servers Exposure to MS SQL Server, Web Apps, CDN, AD authentication, and Azure Key Vaults Familiarity with Service Request, Incident, and Change Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and drive automation initiatives Ability to create SOPs and work instructions for seamless task execution and knowledge sharing Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) design and implementation roadmaps for IaaS/PaaS environments Good-to-Have Skills Ability to evaluate migration costs and select appropriate VM environments and sizing Exposure to Azure Security Center and basic cost optimization practices Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM-related tasks Awareness of DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, automation scripting with PowerShell/Azure CLI) Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and requirement understanding Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and support system reliability, availability, scalability, and performance
