Fusion HCM Technical

Hi Folks , We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and working knowledge of PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ORC , Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Security , OTL , Redwood. Fusion HCM Technical Technical Delivery Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Peoplesoft knowledge The candidate must have strong expertise in Core HR Compensation Benefits Payroll Should be able to manage and guide team on following activities Technical Functional skills in Oracle HCM for respective modules Core HR Recruitment Security Integrations Reporting Analytics etc Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM Lead the following activities on behalf of LTIM Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables In scope Review of functional design functional testing functional configuration review integration testing reports validation data conversion validation Testing Experience to perform Test management Support on behalf of Honeywell Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios provided by Honeywell Executing test cases in DEV and SIT Documenting test results Reporting test results Data Conversion Perform data validation Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion Integrations Experience to perform Core HR Recruitment Security Integrations Reporting Analytics etc Working on the interface Impact Analysis Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis End-to-end Integration testing Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations Provide support in training on all HCM modules.
