About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and modern LLM-based architectures. This role focuses on developing enterprise-grade AI agents, integrating them with business systems, and enabling automation through prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities Hands-on experience to design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Build and orchestrate LLM-driven workflows using modern agent frameworks and APIs Develop scalable solutions using Python for data processing, API integration, and model interaction Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance, reliability, and accuracy Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, knowledge bases, APIs) Develop and manage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI solutions Implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for AI outputs (quality, safety, compliance) Optimize performance, cost, and latency of AI solutions in production environments Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and Microsoft AI ecosystem
