Job Summary We are looking for a highly analytical Optimization and Operations Research Analyst to design, develop, and support mathematical optimization solutions for scheduling, routing, resource allocation, and business planning. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven optimization models that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement optimization models for scheduling, routing, resource allocation, and operational planning. Build mathematical models using linear programming and optimization techniques. Develop optimization solutions using Python and industry-standard optimization libraries. Perform simulation and scenario analysis to support business decision-making. Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities and improve business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into mathematical models. Evaluate optimization model performance and continuously improve solution accuracy and efficiency. Integrate optimization models with enterprise applications and analytics platforms. Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices in operations research and analytics. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Linear Programming and mathematical optimization techniques Experience with Optimization Solvers (such as Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools, or similar) Proficiency in Python Experience with Simulation Modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Operations Research methodologies Experience with data analysis and business analytics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with mixed-integer programming (MIP), constraint programming, or heuristic optimization techniques Familiarity with SQL and relational databases Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or workforce planning is an added advantage Experience Up to 5 years of overall IT experience. Minimum 12 years of relevant hands-on experience in Operations Research, Optimization, Mathematical Modeling, Decision Science, or closely related technologies.
