Chemical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Engineer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Dahej . The ideal candidate will have 6 7 years of relevant experience in a regulated pharma or chemical plant environment and will be responsible for process optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the chemical process area in the plant. Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and yield. Implement and maintain GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot plant issues and support maintenance activities. Coordinate with RD, QA/QC, and production teams for smooth operations. Drive continuous process improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. 6 7 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical plant (API experience preferred). Sound knowledge of plant utilities, reactors, distillation, filtration, and drying processes. Familiar with safety protocols and documentation requirements.
