Design Manager Architecture (Commercial / Workplace Project)

Job Description We are hiring for a Design Manager Architecture role with a leading Global Real Estate organization. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Large-scale commercial / workplace projects and the ability to translate design intent into on-site execution, ensuring alignment between design, consultants, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design coordination across all project stages (concept to execution) Ensure design intent is effectively translated into site execution Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and project stakeholders Review and manage GFC / IFC drawings and technical documentation Resolve design conflicts between architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations Support project teams in delivering end-to-end commercial workspace Required Experience & Skills Strong experience in commercial / workplace / corporate interior projects Exposure to design coordination + site execution Experience in handling large-scale projects (preferred 3 10 lakh sq ft) Good understanding of GFC / IFC drawings, detailing, and execution methodology Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills Ability to bridge gap between design intent and site reality Experience 8 15 Years Note to Candidates: This role requires hands-on involvement in design coordination and execution of large commercial projects.
