Job Title: LLM Evaluation Expert Coding (Java/Python) Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai) Experience: 3+ Years We are looking for an experienced software professional with strong Python (preferred) or Java expertise to evaluate and review AI-generated code. This role focuses on code quality assessment, optimization, and technical feedback rather than production software development. Key Responsibilities - Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices. - Compare multiple code responses and identify the most effective solution. - Provide detailed technical feedback to improve LLM coding capabilities. - Create high-quality coding examples and benchmarks. - Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance code generation quality. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience in Java or Python (Python preferred). - Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and code optimization. - Experience with code reviews and software engineering best practices. - Docker knowledge. - Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with AI/LLMs or AI-assisted coding tools. - Knowledge of software architecture and coding standards. - Understanding of Machine Learning or NLP concepts. Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
