About the role
Core Responsibilities Facility Power & System Design: Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD), calculate loads, and size critical equipment like transformers, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Lead the preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical processing equipment (e.g., bioreactors, TFF systems, and packaging lines) to ensure maximum uptime. Compliance & Validation: Execute Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new electrical installations to meet stringent regulatory standards. Automation & Control: Work with PLCs, SCADA, and control systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency and safety. Safety Protocols: Implement arc flash protection, hazardous area classifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the plant.
