JOB DESCRIPTION ( E1 TO E4 ) 1. Manage shift activities like monitoring the plant loads and attending to shift issues and coordinating with other dept SHIFT INCHARGES for smooth operation of SHIFTS. 2. Preparing the SHIFT REPORT / WEEKLY & MONTLY REPORTS. 3. Managing the shift manpower for attending to shift troubles / maintenance. 4. Operating and Maintenance & Replacement of FIELD INSTRUMENTS like PT / FT / TT / FIELD GUAGES etc 5. Operating and Maintenance of DCS SYSTEMS upto to FIELD TERMINALS 6. Operatiion , Maintenance , Trouble shooting & programming of TRANSMITTERS 7. Complete understanding of the P& I DRAWINGS. 8. Followup of PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCEDULES. 9. Follow up of PREVENTIVE MAITENANCE & PREDECTIVE MAINTENANCE TOOLS 10. Hands on experience with DCS SYSTEMS like PCS-7 & HONEYWELL 11. Supervision of Shift Technicians / contract employees for SAFETY. . JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSISTANT MANAGER / DY MANAGER 1. Managing of Overall shift of plant by coordinating with shift incharges of other dept for smooth operation of overall shift of plant. 2. Preparation of overall shift report / weekly report / Monthly report and performance report of DEPT / SECTION. 3. Implementation of PM TOOLS like TIME based Maintenance of FIELD INSTRUEMTS , condtion based maintenance 4. Planning of BUDGET for the SECTION / AREA 5. Planning , budgeting & implementation of MODIFICATION / UPGRADATION works for overall process improvements. 6. Planning & budgeting of SPARES. 7. Maintenance , Programming , troubleshooting & testing of FIELD INSTRUMENTS. 8. ERECTION , COMISSIONING & TESTING FIELD INSTRUMENTS. 9. Clear understating of the STANDARDS w.r.t to FIELD INSTRUMENTS 10. Maintenance of SAFETY STANDARDS across the SECTION / PLANT. 11. Hands on experience and programming & troubleshooting of PCS7 / HONEYWELL DCS. JOB DESCRIPTION – MANAGER / SR MANAGER / AGM 1. Manageing overall performance of SECTION / DEPARTMENT. 2. Planning & budeting of SPARES / INSURANCE SPARES etc. 6. Responsible for overall safety of the personnel of the SECTION / DEPT. 7. Clear understanding of the DESIGN / STANDARDS for all FIELD INSTRUMENTS of the plant. 8. Implementation of GMP based PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE / RELIABILITY based MAINTENANCE / CONDITION based / TIME based maintenance in the DEPARTMENT. 9. ERECTION , COMISSIONING & TESTING of AUTOMATION SYSTEMS.. 10. Technical training to subordinates and technicians. 11. Hands on experience , programming & troubleshooting , augmentation of PCS7 / HONEYWELL DCS. JOB DESCRIPTION – DGM / GM ( HOD ) 1. Responsible for the overall performance of the DEPARTMENT. 2. Manage & control of DEPARTMENT annual BUDGET for REVENUE SPARES / SERVICES / CAPITAL. 5. Training & development of SUBORDINATES. 6. Succession planning. 7. Coordinating with all other HOD for smooth operation of the PLANT. 8. Clear understanding of the IS / IEC STANDARDS / DESIGN FIELD INSTRUMENTS / DCS SYSTEMS / PLC SYSTEMS / AUTOMATION PRODUCTS / DIGITALIZATION OF SYSTEMS . 9. Planning , budgeting & execution of INSTRUMENTAATION & AUTOMATION PROJECTS. 10. Identification of Chronic issues and resolution on permanent basis. 11. Implementation of GMP complaint PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE / RELIABILITY based MAINTENANCE / CONDITION based / TIME based maintenance in the DEPARTMENT 12. Development & Implementation of SOP for MAITNENACE SYSTEMS. 13. VENDOR development. 14. Leading Instrumentation & automation UPGRADES & continous improvements sytems.
