Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance: Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on process equipment (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, heat exchangers, and tablet presses). Compliance & Validation: Draft and review documentation for equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Utility Management: Monitor and service mechanical utilities such as HVAC, Water for Injection (WFI) loops, compressed air, chillers, and boilers. Project Execution: Supervise the installation, commissioning, and alignment of new machinery during facility expansions or upgrades. Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts inventory and manage external contractors during servicing or technical upgrades.
