Lead ServiceNow Developer HAM (Hardware Asset Management) PAN India We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of asset lifecycle processes on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will drive best practices, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable asset management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modulesDesign and configure asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and disposalManage and optimize asset tracking, stockrooms, and inventory workflowsConfigure business rules, workflows, UI policies, and client scriptsIntegrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, CMDB, and third-party toolsEnsure data accuracy between HAM, CMDB, and ITSM modulesImplement asset normalization, reconciliation, and audit processesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirementsPerform code reviews and enforce development best practicesMentor junior developers and provide technical leadershipRequired Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of CMDB and ITSM processesStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platformExpertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM)Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory processesProficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scriptingExperience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
