Location: Pan India Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications/modules including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, Asset Management, and Service Portal.Build and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripting solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.Work on IntegrationHub, MID Server, web services, and API-based integrations.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure best practices.Participate in code reviews, deployments, testing, and documentation activities.Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancement initiatives.Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, and Client Scripts.Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, Jira, etc.Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, workflows, and Flow Designer.Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder is preferred.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Additional certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or IntegrationHub are a plus.We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
