ServiceNow Developer responsible for the configuration and development of MCP, A2A, Agentic Workflows, and Now Assist AI Control Tower. The role supports AI-driven automation initiatives under the AI CoE and works closely with architects, product owners, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.
