We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in REST APIs, integrations, and platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation solutions.Create and manage IntegrationHub spokes, Flow Designer flows, and Scripted REST APIs.Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and platform upgrades.Required Skills 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services integration.Experience with Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.Experience with JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, and API authentication mechanisms.Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR, ERP, monitoring, cloud, or third-party applications.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).IntegrationHub or Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modulesWe are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
