ServiceNow FSM Developer We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow FSM or be a strong ServiceNow developer with excellent scripting, integrations, and ITSM implementation experience. Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Strong experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management.Candidates with strong ServiceNow development experience and exposure to FSM are also encouraged to apply.Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).Strong understanding of ITSM modules and ServiceNow platform capabilities.Experience in Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Catalog, and Notifications.Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform best practices.Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications while following development standards.Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow solutions.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITOM, or SPM is an added advantage. .
