ServiceNow CSM Integrations Consultant We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Integrations Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, Service Portal, and SPM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions along with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. The candidate should possess strong scripting capabilities, platform customization experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions.
