About the role
As a Quality Analyst in the Automotive and Conceptual Design team at one of the largest global technology leaders, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of industry-leading products such as Alias, VRED, and AI-powered solutions for automotive design studios. Your role is crucial in contributing to exceptional customer experiences and shaping the future of automotive design technology. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Management, Experience Design, and Engineering teams to maintain the highest quality standards across products and services. - Develop, execute, maintain, and enhance test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Conduct manual and automated testing to validate product functionality and performance. - Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects while working with development teams to resolve issues. - Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing activities. - Improve QA processes, testing tools, and best practices to support evolving product complexity and quality goals. - Ensure products meet business requirements and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a desktop software development environment. - Experience testing desktop applications on Windows and Linux platforms. - Demonstrated experience in quality assurance for geometric modeling and/or 3D visualization applications. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, functional testing, regression testing, and performance/load testing. - Experience in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Knowledge of automated testing tools for desktop applications. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Behave, Robot Framework, or similar tools. - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms. - Understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies. - Experience with VRED, CAD, industrial design, or 3D visualization software. - Knowledge of automotive design and visualization workflows.
