About the role
As an Information Technology Analyst/Developer at Applix, you will be responsible for supporting web application development, website maintenance, business analysis, and requirement gathering. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining websites and web applications using scripting languages, content tools, and digital media tools. Additionally, you will be expected to support business analysis activities, identify and resolve issues, review code for quality, and collaborate with internal teams for application updates and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain websites and web applications using scripting languages, content tools, and digital media tools. - Support business analysis and requirement gathering activities. - Identify and fix issues reported through testing or customer feedback. - Review and evaluate code to ensure quality, compatibility, and adherence to standards. - Work with internal teams to support application updates, enhancements, and maintenance. Qualifications Required: - 23 years of experience in web application or website development. - Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, Adobe tools, and related web technologies. - Understanding of computer hardware, software, processors, electronic equipment, and circuit boards. - Basic knowledge of design principles, drawings, and models. - Good communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
