Role Description: - This is a client onsite role. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce, and enterprise application integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications, integrations, and customer-facing experiences. Candidates should possess strong development skills, cloud platform expertise, and experience working in Agile environments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 510 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Software Engineer. - One or more Salesforce Certifications are required. - Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred. - Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations. - Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects. Hands-on expertise with: - Apex - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Visualforce - JavaScript - HTML5 - CSS - Salesforce APIs - Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns. - Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and DevOps practices. - Experience using GitHub and version control systems for Salesforce deployments. - Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio. - Experience designing and developing customer-facing UI/UX solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and enterprise integration frameworks. - Exposure to public cloud and hybrid cloud ecosystems. - Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise-scale business environments. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce release management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications and customizations. - Implement solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies. - Build and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and B2B Commerce solutions. - Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines. - Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning activities. - Manage source control, deployment, and release activities using GitHub and DevOps processes. - Support testing, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution. - Contribute to UI/UX enhancements aligned with enterprise design standards. - Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
