This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, production-grade vision solutions across image and video analytics, generative vision models, and edge AI deployments. Role OverviewAs a Lead AI/ML (Computer Vision), you will drive innovation across industrial AI use cases, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, optimize, and deploy advanced vision models for real-world applications. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of advanced computer vision models, including generative architectures such as GANs and diffusion models for image/video synthesis, enhancement, and understanding.Architect and optimize low-latency, low-footprint AI models for edge deployment on mobile, embedded, and industrial devices.Build scalable image and video analytics pipelines for both real-time and batch processing.Develop solutions for anomaly detection, activity recognition, object tracking, permit-to-work workflows, visual inspection, and related industrial use cases.Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into production-ready AI/ML solutions.Ensure model scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and deployment readiness.Required Skills & Qualifications812 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 6+ years focused on Computer Vision.Strong hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.Expertise in generative models, image segmentation, object detection, and video understanding.Experience with multimodal models (vision + language), including fine-tuning and distillation of vision models.Familiarity with MLOps practices, model compression, quantization, and performance tuning.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsProven experience deploying AI models on edge devices.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment workflows.Common Use CasesDefect detectionPermit-to-work workflowsPredictive maintenance using video and image feedsVisual inspection automationTraining automation using live videoInfrastructure inspection using dronesIf you are passionate about building next-generation Computer Vision solutions and want to work on impactful industrial AI applications, wed love to hear from you.
