Job Title: Tech Java Lead Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: 10+ Years Domain: BFSI (Mandatory) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech We are looking for an experienced Tech Java Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, microservices, distributed systems, and contemporary backend technologies, along with experience leading engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot. Lead architecture and technical design for enterprise applications. Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs. Build event-driven solutions using Kafka. Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements. Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices. Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making. Required Skills Java 17+ Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security Microservices Architecture Distributed Systems Kafka REST APIs SQL & NoSQL Databases Docker & Kubernetes CI/CD SOLID Principles & Clean Architecture Preferred Skills Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Performance tuning and scalability optimization experience Requirements 10+ years of backend development experience. Mandatory experience in the BFSI domain. Experience working with product-based organizations. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
