About the role
Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect who can build, modernize, and scale complex systems. This role requires owning the technical vision end-to-end from early concept and architecture design to production readiness while guiding engineering teams through influence, clarity, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, treats technology as a strategic business enabler, and can identify friction points in existing ecosystems to define scalable, future-proof architectural patterns. Key Responsibilities Design and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures Make informed architectural trade-offs (Monolith vs Microservices, SQL vs NoSQL, Serverless vs Containers) Translate complex business requirements into system designs, APIs, and data models Own architectural decisions from ideation to production Influence and guide cross-functional engineering teams Establish standards for code quality, security, testing, and documentation Key Skills & Expertise Distributed systems and advanced system design Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture Polyglot persistence and database internals Cloud, DevOps, IaC, observability, and DevSecOps Strong stakeholder communication and Domain-Driven Design Experience with AI-native / agentic architectures and AI-augmented SDLC is a strong plus (ref:hirist.tech) Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect who can build, modernize, and scale complex systems.
