Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Title: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant (Retail Domain) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home (Remote) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional consulting and technical implementation within the retail industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions, gathering business requirements, configuring modules, performing customizations, and supporting deployment across retail operations. This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology teams while ensuring scalable and efficient Odoo implementations. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business processes into Odoo ERP solutions and functional specifications. Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business needs. Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation, upgrades, and support projects. Design and oversee technical customizations and integrations. Work closely with development teams for solution delivery. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Support testing activities including UAT and deployment. Provide user training and post-implementation support. Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation within Odoo. Ensure best practices in ERP architecture, data migration, and system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams effectively. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant . Strong experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and support . Proven experience in the Retail industry (mandatory). Expertise in retail business processes including: POS (Point of Sale) Inventory & Warehouse Management Procurement Sales & Distribution CRM Finance & Accounting Multi-store operations

Hands-on experience with: Python PostgreSQL XML / QWeb Odoo ORM REST APIs / Integrations

Experience in requirement gathering and solution design. Exposure to data migration and third-party integrations. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on Odoo Enterprise implementations . Experience with cloud deployments and performance optimization. Prior exposure to distributed/remote delivery teams. Odoo certifications are a plus. Candidate Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. Ability to independently own deliverables and timelines. Customer-focused mindset with strong consulting skills.
