About the role
Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmaps • Lead solution architecture and application modernization initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments • Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performing cloud-native architectures on GCP • Own architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives • Lead migration of enterprise applications from on-premises to cloud and hybrid platforms • Develop reference architectures, architecture principles, and technology standards • Collaborate with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders • Drive architecture reviews and decision governance processes • Define integration strategies across APIs, microservices, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems • Enable DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence practices • Support platform optimization, reliability, scalability, and cost governance initiatives Mandatory Skills Architecture Experience • Minimum 7+ years of relevant architecture experience • Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Infrastructure Architecture • Strong preference for candidates with exposure to 3 or more architecture domains • Cloud & Platform • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience in: • GKE • Cloud Run • BigQuery • Pub/Sub • Cloud Storage • IAM • Networking • Monitoring & Observability • Cloud Migration • Application & Engineering • Prior experience in software development • Experience designing: • Custom applications • Cloud-native applications • SaaS platforms • Hybrid cloud solutions • Microservices architecture • API-driven integrations • Enterprise Architecture Hands-on experience with: • TOGAF • Architecture Governance • Capability Mapping • Target State Architecture • Architecture Roadmaps Preferred Skills • Experience with ArchiMate • Exposure to banking / financial services domain • Multi-cloud exposure (Azure / AWS) • Experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD • Experience in regulatory and compliance-driven environments
