Technical Delivery Manager - Salesforce

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading high-performing engineering teams and actively engaging in technical discussions. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end technical delivery for application teams, primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem - Leading and managing technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams - Driving delivery excellence, timelines, and quality outcomes - Acting as a bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams - Participating in technical discussions, validating solutions, and challenging design decisions - Guiding teams on best practices and standards such as Coding, DevOps, release management, security, and scalability - Ensuring team productivity, engagement, and performance management To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Strong technical foundation, preferably from a development or engineering background - Demonstrated commitment to staying technically relevant - Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivery - Ability to understand architecture discussions and validate technical solutions - Experience in application delivery within complex ecosystems, with a preference for Salesforce - Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills Additionally, exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem, understanding of integration patterns, APIs, system design basics, and experience in Agile delivery environments are considered good-to-have skills.
