Technical Project Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Technical Manager with 12+ years of experience in driving high-impact software development and delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on expertise in full stack engineering, architecture, and agile project execution, along with a strong ability to lead and mentor technical teams. As a Technical Manager, you will serve as the key anchor between technology delivery and business value realization, working closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams. You will also champion engineering best practices, mentor teams, and foster innovation using AI-enabled tooling and automation.

Experience: 12+ Years Technical Skills & Requirements: Technology Leadership Lead full stack development initiatives across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Guide teams on technical architecture, coding standards, performance tuning, and security practices. Conduct technical reviews and enable the adoption of modern design patterns and AI-integrated tools.

Project & Delivery Management Manage sprint planning, release cycles, backlog grooming, and delivery pipelines. Ensure timely, quality-focused delivery aligned with project scope, timelines, and SLAs. Drive automation, DevOps adoption, and continuous integration/delivery practices. Team Development Lead, mentor, and coach engineering teams (onsite and offshore) toward skill and career growth. Facilitate a collaborative, agile, and psychologically safe environment focused on innovation. Conduct performance reviews and identify training/upskilling opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and business stakeholders to align delivery with outcomes. Participate in pre-sales and proposal efforts, offering technical insights and estimations. Support UAT, client demos, and technical workshops with internal/external stakeholders.

AI & Innovation Focus Champion AI-driven development, monitoring, and testing strategies within the team. Explore and pilot emerging technologies for continuous improvement and value acceleration Key Responsibilities: Proficient in full stack technologies (e.g., Java/.NET, Node.js, Angular/React, SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs, Cloud). Sound knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools. Strong experience with agile frameworks – Scrum, SAFe, Kanban. Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural team leadership. Familiarity with AI-based observability, automation, and developer productivity platforms. Experience & Qualifications 12+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3–5 years in technical leadership or managerial roles. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Hands-on experience in modern technology stacks and agile delivery. Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, TOGAF, or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
