Desktop Support Engineer Lead

Perform regular system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies. Lead the site service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure efficient execution of processes and tasks. Work on multiple projects and operational activities as both a lead and team member. Manage team performance and provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Drive IT operational efficiency, governance, and compliance (internal and external audits). Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data on corporate endpoints. Lead the team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Maintain knowledge of general IT processes and produce key metrics to drive operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations. Prepare and present regular reports to India IT regional lead. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop support or related field. Strong knowledge of IT services and support, including system maintenance and security. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
