As an RF Product Engineer Space Systems, you will contribute to shaping next-generation satellite platforms, RF payloads, and aerospace solutions for global customers. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the design, development, testing, and validation of satellite RF systems, payloads, and communication subsystems. - Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate customer mission requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Define product specifications, system architectures, and engineering trade-offs based on performance, reliability, and feasibility. - Develop and maintain technical documentation including ICDs, product specifications, qualification reports, test procedures, and design documentation. - Support satellite system integration, troubleshooting, verification, and qualification activities across development and manufacturing phases. - Participate in technical reviews, product validation, and mission readiness assessments to ensure compliance with customer and mission objectives. - Identify opportunities to improve product performance, reduce costs, and optimize engineering workflows throughout the product lifecycle. - Partner with project managers and engineering leads to ensure timely execution of product milestones and delivery schedules. - Serve as a technical advisor during customer discussions, solution presentations, and proposal development activities. - Create compelling technical proposals, white papers, presentations, and business cases to support strategic growth initiatives. - Support business development efforts for small satellite systems, RF payload solutions, and space services offerings. - Analyze market trends, emerging aerospace technologies, and competitor activity to help shape product strategy and roadmap decisions. - Collaborate with leadership teams on pricing strategies, proposal submissions, and technical-commercial evaluations. - Represent Azista Space at aerospace conferences, customer engagements, industry events, and trade exhibitions. - Ensure seamless transition of customer requirements from business development to engineering execution teams. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer engagement, technical workflows, and operational processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in product engineering, RF systems engineering, business development engineering, sales engineering, or aerospace product management. - Strong understanding of satellite systems, RF communication systems, space mission lifecycle, satellite payloads and subsystems, and spacecraft system integration. - Experience working with RF systems and satellite communications, technical proposal development, product lifecycle management, engineering documentation and technical reporting, and system design trade-off analysis. - Familiarity with satellite mission planning, Earth observation systems, remote sensing technologies, space communication architectures, and small satellite platforms. - Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth aerospace environments. - Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
