About the role
The ITS Country Engagement unit (ITSCE) provides digital support for global and country-specific products, aiding thousands of task teams and country management units in better planning, tracking, and managing their operations, thereby improving country engagement. Additionally, ITSCE enables geospatial capabilities through selfservice tools and analytics, allowing teams to monitor project preparation and implementation from anywhere. The ITSCE unit is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Country Solutions team. The position requires a quality-focused and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a demonstrated track record of providing solutions for high-priority business goals and strategic management decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, with a specific focus on AI features and solutions. • Create clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on documented requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Work in close partnership with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of product features, providing ongoing clarification and support. • Actively participate in Agile Scrum meetings and provide expert input on product backlog prioritization, leveraging knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles
