Lead Consultant Product Management

Team: Product Management - rt360 GRC Product Suite Role: Lead Consultant Location: Chennai Job Description: We are strengthening our award-winning rt360 product team and inviting applications for a Product Lead – rt360 GRC Product Suite. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and facilitate GRC Product development. Responsibilities: Product Management: · Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and creating protypes · Coordinate with the product engineering and development teams to share the prototypes and support product development · Perform functional testing to ensure that the product meets the specifications shared · Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience · Work closely with delivery team for a successful product delivery · Create support and training documents for internal and external users Client Engagement: · Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives related to GRC and ESG. · Conduct detailed needs assessments and requirements analysis sessions. Solution Presentation: · Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of the rt360 GRC and ESG Product Suite. · Customize demonstrations to meet specific client requirements and address their unique challenges. Technical Expertise: · Maintain a deep understanding of the rt360 GRC and ESG Product Suite, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. · Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team throughout the sales process. RFP/RFI Proposal Management: · Assist in the preparation and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and timely responses.

Relationship Building: · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within prospective client organizations. · Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Training and Development: · Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure a thorough understanding of the rt360 GRC Product Suite. · Continuously update and enhance sales and marketing collateral.

Requirements

· Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) domains such as Enterprise Risk Management and Audit Management · Experience in the IT Risk, Business Continuity Management, Policy Management, Incident Management or Compliance Management · Experience in any of the GRC product stack will be desirable · Proven track record of supporting sales teams and closing deals in a complex, B2B environment · Exceptional communication and presentation abilities · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Education: · Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree/ MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in the relevant areas Skills Required: · Strong understanding of GRC principles and their application across various industries. · Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Experience in product lifecycle management, from conception to launch and continuous improvement. · Ability to define and prioritize product features based on market needs and client feedback. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration with internal teams. · Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and training sessions. · Functional involvement across the project life cycle (requirements gathering, functional use cases and reviews)
